Dave is a certified Mindfulness Teacher and Wellness Coach with 20 years of experience in mind-body practices, and has trained with The Engaged Mindfulness Institute, MBSR, Mindful Schools, and The Academy of Guided Imagery. He has served for five years as Program Director for MINDS, a nonprofit that has facilitated mindfulness programs to over 18,000 students, educators and parents in the Washington DC metro-area. For ten years Dave has offered mindfulness classes and wellness coaching through his private practice Walk the Middle Way, working with adults and teens in schools, communities, and organizations. In addition to mindfulness, Dave coaches people in public speaking and storytelling, trains athletes through his Mind-Body Basketball program, and is an outspoken champion for racial justice, gender equality, and LGBTQ communities. All of Dave's offerings draw from his life-long study of Mindfulness, Guided Imagery and Tai-Chi, and are designed to help people connect with their innate wisdom, navigate difficult emotions, and live with greater peace.

Noorulain Masood has a deep commitment to living and acting mindfully, cultivated through a daily meditation practice for the last 9 years. She also has a deep commitment towards civic engagement and has supported the teaching those who have shaped the field of social leadership: Professors Marshall Ganz and Ron Heifetz at Harvard Kennedy School of Government (Teaching Fellow for 4 courses between 2012-15). Over the last decade, she has held high impact positions at nationally and globally recognized development organizations including as CEO of Teach For Pakistan, ETC at World Bank Headquarters, and Director Research to Action at Collective for Social Science Research. Noor has attended more than 5 silent retreats, has a certification in Trauma-Informed Care for Professionals Working with Youth from the Center for Adolescent Studies, USA, and is a scholarship recipient for the two-year mindfulness teacher training with the Awareness Training Institute (Washington DC) and Greater Good Science Center (UC Berkeley), class of 2020. She completed her graduate work in International Development from Harvard University, where she studied on a fully funded Fulbright scholarship. She is from the LUMS class of 2005.

Jesse has over 15 years of experience as a social entrepreneur working at the intersection of economic development, education, high tech entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. He has founded, managed, and advised five different widely recognized organizations including Minds Incorporated, Inward Bound Mindfulness Education, Global Citizen Year, Startup GDL and Transformative Action Institute. Earlier in his career, as an international development professional, Jesse worked with the World Bank on evaluating its organizational structure and lending instruments, with developing country heads of state on economic development and capacity building, and with the World Economic Forum to convene multinational corporations. Jesse holds a Masters in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University and BAs in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University. He enjoys writing, public speaking, Latin dance, and contemplative practices. Jesse is a survivor of Giant Cell Myocarditis, and is the grateful recipient of a heart transplant.

Anam has seven years of experience in education leadership and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. She was Fellow with Teach For Pakistan 2009-11.
